This information will allow us to assign education sessions to appropriately sized rooms, as well as be linked to the Conference App to create your own personal agenda.

However, seating will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and delegates remain free to switch sessions.

Take advantage of a 5% discount when paying for three or more registrants from the SAME company at the SAME time.

The Competition Act is a federal statute that applies to practically all sectors of the Canadian economy and is based on the premise that competition is the best means of ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and consumers are offered goods and services at competitive prices. As one example, the Competition Act limits the information that can be legally shared between competitors. Compliance with the Competition Act is a top priority for Supply Chain Management Association Ontario (“SCMAO”). Non-compliance with the Competition Act can attract liability for SCMAO and/or its members and therefore adherence to both the letter and spirit of the Act, as well as each member’s corporate competition compliance program, is of critical importance.

Anyone having questions relating to Competition law compliance should address them to Richard Smith, Manager, Finance and IT at 416-977-7566 x2132 or email rsmith@scmao.ca.

Photography, audio, and video recording will occur at the 2018 SCMAO Annual Conference. By attending this event, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by SCMAO.
